       As Leadership Stockton ventures into its 26th year, we continue to seek out opportunities to improve and enhance California ’s oldest and most successful community leadership program.   

        Leadership Stockton has produced over 600 graduates during its first 25 years of excellence in our community.   Further, Leadership Stockton has demonstrated that participants grow in their understanding of the community and their ability to be effectively engaged as citizen leaders. Our community has benefited by the influx of new leaders who are knowledgeable and committed to positive change. Employers have gained by increasing their visibility and by having their staff members apply new skills to the workplace, establish new and helpful business relationships, and engage more fully in the community.
